Eric is a great realtor who helped me find and buy my new house in San Diego. He was very knowledgeable about the San Diego real estate market, which was helpful because we were shopping in April of this year when the market was still hot and competitive. With his guidance, we put in a competitive offer (that we were comfortable with) and were accepted despite multiple offers and on the house, and it was only the second house we'd made an offer on. Throughout the process--from putting in the offer to closing escrow--Eric was on top of everything and responsive to all our questions. He looked out for our interests and I felt well taken care of. I also felt like he gave me his honest opinion about everything (as opposed to just trying to make and close a sale). I'm thrilled and so in love with our new house.
